450t/h Sand Making Plant Delivery to Nigeria

Recently, the project department of China Railway 15th Bureau in Nigeria came to our company to order a complete set of 450t/h granite sand making plant. This is the second time for them to buy equipment from our factory.

Two sets of PYB1750 cone crusher

Two sets of new HVI sand making machines

Several strips of 1000mm belt conveyor (configured according to specific conditions)

Circular vibrating screen + vibrating feeder

Process of 450t/h Granite Sand Making Plant:

It mainly includes feeding, crushing, sieving, conveying and other parts. The vibrating feeder  uniformly and continuously sends the stone into the crushing chamber for primary crushing. Jaw crusher, generally as the coarse crusher, processes the stones to a particle size of 50 mm and then uses a fine crusher to process it to about 10 mm. The selection of equipment is in combination with the particle size requirement. After that, the vibrating screen is used for screening control and the qualified stone is conveyed by belt conveyor. What’s more, and the unqualified stone will be re-crushed until it reaches the required granularity.
